Data controller
Forge Labs operates FL Learning. Final entity details, address and DPO contact must be completed before commercial production.
Data processed
We process account, organization, payment, learning and technical log data necessary to operate, secure and support the service.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing provides the contract, secures access, executes payments, improves the service with consent where required and meets legal duties.
Processors
The service anticipates PostgreSQL, S3-compatible storage, Stripe and CalliCMS. The contractual list must be finalized before production.
Retention and rights
Retention is limited to purpose and legal duties. You may request access, correction, portability, restriction or deletion via hello@forge-labs.fr.
Security
Secrets remain server-side, media is private by default, access is tenant-authorized and sensitive operations are audited.
